• $200 - Initial Intake
• $175 - 60 Minute Follow-up
• $150 - 45 Minute Follow-up
• $125 - 30 Minute Follow-up

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. 

Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What does my insurance cover per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

The law protects the confidentiality between a client and psychotherapist. No information is disclosed without prior written permission from the client.

However, there are some exceptions required by law for mandatory reporting including:

• If there is suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, the therapist is required to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person, the therapist is required to notify the police.
• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, the therapist will make every effort to work with the individual to ensure their safety. However, additional measures may need to be taken.
